Mitchell Millowitz joined the firm in 2007 to spearhead its South Florida tenant advisory group. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Millowitz spent 20 years with Cushman & Wakefield in South Florida and Canada. He has concluded in excess of $1 billion of assignments throughout the United States, Canada and Latin America. He is a renown expert in tenant representation, strategic planning, and business trends. Mr. Millowitz has been awarded the Deal of the Year Award by both the South Florida Business Journal and NAIOP and is a member of Corenet.
