Mitchell Kahlert

Mitchell W. Kahlert, CEO of ICON Commercial, has been in the commercial real estate business since 1980. He started his career at Carter and Associates as Vice President for 10 years, and left to join Grubb & Ellis in the Corporate Services Division. The primary focus has been tenant representation for local and national companies and the development of one of the largest corporate services groups in the U.S. He has been involved in many of the largest transactions in Atlanta and has been recognized as one of the top brokers in the city and the southeast. Mitch specializes multiple types of transactions including lease renewals, restructures, acquisitions, purchases and sales. Mitch was a member of Sigma Chi at the University of Georgia and is currently a member of the Board for Medlock Athletics, the Advisory Board of Woodward Academy and Woodward Challenge. He is also a very active member of the East Lake and Druid Hills Country Clubs in Atlanta and Belleair Country Club in Clearwater, Florida.
