Mitch Marty

Mitch, a licensed sales agent, is a Sales Associate at ALTUS Commercial Real Estate. He joins ALTUS CRE after spending 7 years managing and leasing residential properties and comes with a good understanding of the multifamily market ranging from luxury to affordable housing. This experience also provides him good knowledge of what Landlords need and want in the commercial real estate world. Mr. Marty was also part of three new construction lease-ups in Madison, WI and Denver/Evergreen, CO. Mitch previously did intern work for a commercial real estate company in Madison, WI that included research, contacting prospective sellers enabling him to identify properties for the firms buyers as well as showing the firms properties to buyers and tenants.
