Mitch Bolotin began his commercial real estate career in 1985. With nearly 40 years of experience in the industry, he has handled more than 2,000 transactions, totaling over $1 Billion in value. His clients range from local businesses, tenants, and investors to regional, national and multi-national corporations looking to sell, purchase or lease commercial real estate. Mitch has also become the go-to local expert for many national commercial real estate brokerage firms who rely on him for his knowledge of the marketplace in Western Massachusetts. His expertise spans all property types including industrial, retail, office and investment properties making him fluent in all areas of commercial property. Mitch deeply understands that each client is different and every assignment requires a tailored approach to achieve its goals. Before joining Region Commercial with his son, Ben, Mitch directed the commercial brokerage division of a local firm for 26 years.
