Mr. Adams is the CBRE urban expert in the 24 designated industrial corridors within the Chicago city limits. As Senior Vice President, Mitch brings over 24 years of experience to our downtown urban advisory practice. Mr. Adams acts as the CBRE liaison to the city of Chicago and World Business Chicago for all industrial corridor and planned districts. His expertise includes enterprise incentives, property assembly and disposition, zoning, tax financing, and adaptive re-use. In 2016, he completed deals in excess of 1.75 million square feet with an aggregate value of over $91 million dollars.
