ABOUT

Milo Spector is a Managing Partner at Essential CRE, as well as Founder of the Education Properties Group. Spector has been involved in $700 million in sales volume nationally, $470 million of which has been in education and childcare properties. Prior to joining Essential CRE, Spector was with Northmarq (previously Stan Johnson Company) and received multiple awards and recognitions, as well as co-founding the company’s Walnut Creek office in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been involved in the industry since 2013 and has been 100% focused on net leased assets throughout his career. Milo’s clients consist of corporate and mom and pop operators, franchisees, institutional groups (including REITS and private equity), developers, private offices, equity providers and high/ultra-high-net-worth private investors. Services provided include corporate portfolio advisory, portfolio sales, standard sale-leaseback, M&A sale-leaseback, business & real estate dispositions, developer partnerships, equity partnerships, loan broker relationships (construction and perm), fund building and standard acquisition/disposition advisory. While Spector has significant knowledge and experience across multiple property types within the net-lease space, he has decided to focus primarily on education and childcare type properties. This focused approach translates to his clients receiving superior service and knowledge that a generalist-type broker may lack. He actively tracks industry data, provides reports, has been featured on podcasts, written articles and thought leadership pieces, and has strong relationships within the space with all the key players.
