Mike Testa

Michael Testa is a 17-year industry veteran who launched Catalyst Real Estate Partners in May 2025. He has completed more than 650 lease and sale transactions with a gross aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. Michael exclusively represents over six million square feet of large anchored shopping center space throughout New Jersey and is an active tenant representative for national retailers including Lidl, Hobby Lobby, PetSmart, Mattress Firm, and others. He is an active ICSC member, serving on the Next Generation Committee and the ICSC Operations Committee, and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in New Jersey every year since 2014.
