Mike Sotelo has over 17 years of commercial real estate broker experience at CBRE, Inc. before coming to TRI Commercial. He specializes in tenant and landlord representation of office/healthcare sales and leasing in the greater Sacramento area. Some of Mike’s notable clients are Sutter Health, Voxpro/Telus, RadNet, Regional Cardiologist Associates, Make A Smile, Smile Time, & Quest Diagnostics. Mike also has significant experience representing his investment clients throughout the western United States with value-add investment purchases. Prior to his commercial real estate career, Mike spent 13 years in management with AT&T in various departments, including sales. Mike earned a Marketing Masters in Business Administration from Golden Gate University and a Juris Doctorate with taxation specialization from UOP McGeorge School of Law while working full-time at AT&T. In a competitive marketplace, Mike’s business management and specialized commercial real estate knowledge and experience has helped produce the desired results for his clients throughout the years.
