Michael Smith is a Licensed Associate Broker - at the Geneseo Office. He is a financing expert and "guidance counselor" for first-time buyers. Making real estate simpler for you for over 45 years. He's an experienced buyers' agent for confidential negotiations and a commercial real estate expert dealing with investment returns and tax-deferred exchanges. Michael is also a residential property specialist with CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a detailed education available only to experienced and productive agents; only 10% of all agents are eligible to be CRS designees.
