Mike oversees property management and daily operations of all the Houston properties handling routine maintenance, on-site inspections, construction management of leasehold and capital improvements. He builds tenant relations providing customer service. Through budget management, he ensures effective operating costs but maintain quality service from vendors and contractors. Mike’s professional experience includes project management of portable building construction prior to joining KM in 2014.
