Mike Selig has been serving the residential and commercial real estate needs of Brevard County for more than four decades. A Vietnam-era veteran, Mike’s leadership skills are undeniable. Whether flying a UH-1 “Huey” helicopter in the skies of Southeast Asia or assuming the presidency of the Space Coast Association of Realtors, Mike has always concentrated on the mission at hand. He maintains a razor-sharp focus on achieving goals and supporting the people around him. That level of commitment and passion permeates everything he is involved in, including his service to clients. In addition to holding various leadership roles with the Space Coast Association of Realtors, Mike has served in executive roles in the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and many trade, civic and veteran organizations. Locally, he is active or has been involved in organizations such as Rotary, local Chambers of Commerce, Brevard Public Schools, City of Rockledge boards, Veterans Memorial Center, the Economic Development Council, the Salvation Army, and the American Cancer Society Mike has earned numerous awards for his real estate expertise and his support for the local community. He holds the prestigious designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). The CCIM designation is the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals, including appraisers, asset managers, brokers, developers, investors, lenders, and other allied professionals. CCIMs complete a rigorous program of advanced coursework and training in financial and market analysis and demonstrate extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
