Mike Scannell serves as an Advisor with SVN Ascension Commercial Realty in Toledo, Ohio. Mike specializes in retail sales, leasing and the acquisition and marketing of investment properties with special emphasis on retail centers and apartment buildings. With over thirty-five years of experience in commercial real estate Mike’s diverse background includes sales, development, owner/management, property management and construction. Mike is also a commercial property appraiser with over twenty-five years of experience appraising all types of commercial properties. As a native Toledoan Mike has worked the market with distinction and prominence and has superior knowledge of of the area allowing him to solve client needs quickly and effectively. A former athlete and lover of many sports, Mike was honored to play football for The Ohio State University and legendary coach Woody Hayes. Mike was part of two Big Ten Championship teams while at Ohio State and fulfilled his childhood dream by participating in two Rose Bowls.
