Mike Saign

Mike Saign is a Vice Chairman in Newmark’s San Jose office and one of the firm’s most active advisors in Northern California. A Silicon Valley native, Saign specializes in developing and implementing customized real estate strategies for some of the region’s most prominent owners and occupiers. During his 20-year career, he has completed over 700 lease, sale, and advisory assignments valued in excess of $7.2 billion and totaling over 13.6 million square feet. Saign and his partners have routinely completed some of the Bay Area’s most significant and complicated office and R&D transactions annually involving global corporations to high growth startups in the technology, professional service and life science industries. He is one of the first real estate professionals in Silicon Valley to have earned Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation. Saign is known by clients for his market knowledge, tested transactional experience, work ethic, integrity, and competitive nature.
