A third generation real estate agent; his grandfather was a lifelong cattle dealer and real estate broker. In the early sixties he and his father, D. William Pratt (Bill), became District Sales Managers for all of New England for United Farm Agency Real Estate (Kansas City, MO). Bill opened his own office in 1974 and made real estate his lifelong career. He obtained his Massachusetts real estate sales license, at the first eligible age, when he was 18, getting his feet wet through remainder of high school and college years assisting his father in sales.
