Mike Pitts

Mike joined his family at Pitts Brothers in July 2005. His responsibilities include the review and management of listing contracts and real estate offers to purchase as buyers are procured for clients. Additional duties involve meeting with local municipalities to facilitate entitlement of future development for clients and customers. Previously, Mike had served as an elected official as Alderman of the 14th District in the City of Kenosha, from 2001 - 2008. Duties as an Alderman included the creation and adoption of ordinances and resolutions, the establishment of city policies, review and approval of the city budget, evaluation of city projects and expenditures, and responding to the questions and needs of the constituents in the district. Prior to joining Pitts Brothers, Mike served as Vice President of Marketing & Quality Operating Systems for Active Transportation Company. While at Active, Mike was responsible for marketing at one of the nation’s largest transportation carriers for the delivery of new vehicles and trucks to dealerships across the US and Canada. Additional duties included the review of annual budgets, development, monitoring, and assessment of key operating, safety, claims, and compliance metrics, and daily oversight and management of the car hauling division performance.
