ABOUT

- Over 20 years of real estate experience with MetLife in the San Francisco Regional Office covering the major metropolitan areas in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, targeting investments in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Denver and Portland markets. - Focused on debt production and loan management and has actively lead the San Francisco Regional Office as the debt team leader over the past 10 years. Responsibilities include implementing investment objectives for mortgage origination and portfolio management, with a direct portfolio totaling $4.9 billion in 100 loans. - Developed and maintained relationships with institutional clients, private investors and developers. - Originated, underwrote, negotiated, closed and reviewed more than $7 billion in debt financing, with transaction sizes ranging from $15-$300 million on property types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, and portfolio transactions. Portfolio management responsibilities include annual loan reviews to identify any negative trends and to reaffirm quality ratings on performing loans. - Prior to MetLife, worked for Sumitomo Bank of California for five years. Responsibilities included new business development, customer focused service, loan originations, portfolio management and credit administration. Loan management duties included managing special assets and work-out assignments for non-performing loans. -Industry participation includes ULI – San Francisco Chapter, Bay Area Mortgage Association, and Mortgage Bankers Association.
