Mike Orr

Mike Orr is a native of Sioux Falls. Mike left Sioux Falls to attend Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN where he played soccer and graduated in 2001. Mike returned to the Sioux Falls area in 2009 and began his career as a commercial real estate broker associate. In 2012 Mike made a move to the banking industry as a loan officer and a commercial loan auditor. Mike’s banking experience has provided him valuable insight and experience to help guide clients through their property selection, loan approval and underwriting process. Mike’s business development and brokerage services focus on multifamily and distressed assets using creative marketing and financing strategies to provide profitable outcomes for both buyers and sellers. Mike currently lives in Harrisburg, SD with his wife Amy and their two kids Noah (4) and Grace (1). His kids keep him pretty busy, but when he does get some free time he enjoys watching Notre Dame football and the US Men’s National Soccer Team.
