Mike Morgan

Mike Morgan is a Vice President with Strom Commercial, with over 20 years experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in the Downtown San Diego market with transactions throughout San Diego County. Mike has successfully completed approximately 580,000 square feet of land transactions in the Downtown San Diego redevelopment area and has worked closely with redevelopment and Government official in planning. He has worked with developers assembling land for hi-rise condominium and hotel developments. In addition, Mike has completed several investment real estate transactions, industrial, commercial, and office, along with sales and leasing throughout San Diego County. Mike maintains many long time client relationships as well as developing new clients through the diversity of his work. Mike received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California San Diego. His favorite charity is the Sundt Foundation which helps educate adolescents through their peers about the dangers of drugs and alcohol.
