Mike Martin

Michael Martin has been in the Real Estate Profession for over 30 years. Michael is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Consultant. Mr. Martin has been licensed as a broker in the state of Florida since 1981 and as a certified general appraiser since 1989. He has a real estate degree(BS) from Florida State University(1982) and was awarded the MAI designation from the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers in 1990. Mr. Martin currently holds a valid active Brokers License with the Fitzgerald Group, Inc. During his career, Mr. Martin has brokered, consulted, and appraised industrial, self-storage, mobile home parks, retail, multi-family, office, vacant land, and special purpose properties. Mr. Martin also serves as a Special Magistrate and has appeared as an expert witness in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County Circuit Courts.
