Michael Malliarys is a Bay Area native with experience with both commercial and residential real estate. He attended the University of California at San Diego where he earned his Bachelors Degree in International Relations and a minor in Russian and Soviet Studies. He also completed his Juris Doctor degree at Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. He has had his California real estate salesperson’s license since 2013 and started his real estate career at J. Rockcliff Realtors in Walnut Creek helping residential real estate buyers and sellers as well as clients working with investment properties. He continued his career at JMA Commercial and is a former Vice President at Intero Commercial East Bay. He is now with KAM Financial & Realty where he focuses on Multifamily, Land Development and Single Family Home Residential Real Estate. He has experience with commercial real estate acquisition and leasing, land acquisition, and land entitlement. He has been involved with residential investment property management throughout his career helping with properties both large and small. He is good at working with people from a variety of backgrounds, a strong leader, and is an excellent problem solver. Michael loves a challenge and always looks for great opportunities for his clients and creative ways to help them achieve their goals.
