Mike specializes in residential properties and multi-family investments across Los Angeles County, with a focus on the Westside neighborhoods of Venice, Marina Del Rey, Mar Vista, Santa Monica, and Brentwood. He also serves select clients in Orange County, tailoring his expertise to meet their unique needs. A native of Leesburg, Virginia, Mike grew up in a family deeply immersed in real estate. From an early age, he was inspired by his family’s work flipping homes in the D.C. area and building multi-family and commercial portfolios. This legacy, paired with his business acumen and passion for real estate, set the foundation for his successful career. Before transitioning into real estate, Mike earned a degree in International Business from Virginia Commonwealth University and worked as a management consultant for a defense contractor in Washington, D.C., where he honed his skills in process improvement and project management. He later worked for Warner Brothers, navigating the complexities of their merger with AT&T. These experiences equipped him with the tools to manage intricate transactions, communicate effectively, and guide clients through high-stakes decisions with confidence. Mike’s expertise, coupled with his personal experience owning both a primary residence and an investment property, makes him a trusted advisor for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
