Mike LaBarbera
Managing Principle at TerraCommercial Real Corporation,
Mike has been with Terracommercial since 1992. As Managing Principal, Mike has been the point man on scores of real estate transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars, and within this role he has truly demonstrated a knack for being a “jack of all trades” performing duties including sales, marketing, leasing, architectural design, contract negotiation, financing, lobbying, and legal representation. Under Mike’s leadership, Terracommercial Real Estate has been recognized many times as a top 20 “Largest Commercial Landlord” as detailed by the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s annual Book of Lists. Mike has also been an angel investor and board member in several startup enterprises covering the internet, waste reduction, and clean-energy markets. Mike attended both UCLA and Santa Clara University ultimately receiving his B.S. in Finance from SCU’s Leavey School of Business. Mike graduated number one in the Finance department earning several honors including induction into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society for business students. He did this while earning his degree in only 3 years.
