Mike Kotzin

Michael Kotzin joined Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. in 2002 at its Atlanta office. Mr. Kotzin specializes in providing strategic consulting services to a diverse portfolio of corporate and law firm clients. Services Mr. Kotzin provides to his clients include strategic planning, acquisitions, dispositions and lease restructuring. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Kotzin was affiliated with Julien J. Studley, Inc. and previous to that with Equis Corporation. During his career, Mr. Kotzin has worked with numerous major corporations and law firms across the country, such as Andersen Consulting, Neighborhood Health Partnership, HSBC, Carlton Fields and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, all in Florida, and Healthfield, PNC Bank and Munich American Reassurance Corp in Atlanta. Mr. Kotzin is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Mr. Kotzin graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.
