With over 40 years of hospitality and management experience, I have developed experience in hotel operations, trained as a chef and in all aspects of food & beverage, studied hotel competitive analysis as well as financial management. I am detail-oriented and have demonstrated success in both the day-to-day as well as long-term strategic planning. I have a proven track record in helping business operations flourish and I also became proficient in overseeing accounting, brand compliance and records management. In this time, my 27-year career serving as key stakeholder in all organizational decisions as the Owner of M.A.K. LLC Management was my biggest accomplishment. While being the chief owner and operator, I upheld a particular focus on maintaining a strong environment of customer service excellence and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and contractors. I am a proven leader, talented in training and mentoring successful teams, focused on boosting productivity and increasing profits.
