Mike Iversen

Mike oversees management and leasing of both portfolio properties and third-party properties including Class A retail, restaurant, office condominium projects and light industrial mixed-use properties. Mike has over 16 years’ experience in leasing and property management and holds a Florida Real Estate Associate’s license. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Mike worked 10 years in the consumer financial services industry in a variety of sales, training and management positions. Mike is a Navy veteran having served 4 years of active duty while forward deployed with Carrier Air Wing 7.
