He is the CEO of Howell & Johnson Property Group and Day Star Property Management, where he leads with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and community impact. Mike previously served as the Team Leader, Investor, and Founder of one of the largest real estate firms in the Smoky Mountains, where his leadership helped shape one of the region’s most successful real estate organizations. He holds multiple professional designations, including GRI, CIPS, e-Pro, ABR, MRP, C2EX, PSA, CRB, SRES, and CREN, reflecting his dedication to professional development and superior client service. In addition, Mike is a Licensed & Certified State Instructor for Real Estate in Tennessee, where he enjoys mentoring and developing future industry leaders. As a Commercial Agent Broker and John Maxwell Certified Coach and Speaker (2021), Mike continues to inspire others through leadership training and personal growth coaching.
