Michael is a twenty (20) year veteran of commercial real estate in the Los Angeles area, focusing primarily on the South Bay submarkets of Long Beach, Torrance, the Beach Cities, El Segundo, LAX and Culver City as an office specialist concentrating on sale and purchase opportunities as well as landlord and tenant representation. Michael provides his extensive market knowledge to a wide range of clientele including institutional landlords, international corporations and local entrepreneurial businesses, which all benefit from his superior level of professional service. Prior to joining CBRE, Michael worked as a landlord representation broker for over 8 years, responsible for the leasing of over 1.3 million square feet of office space. Prior to that, he specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial properties for over 4 years in the Los Angeles area. He resides in Manhattan Beach with his wife Susan, their two sons Nicholas and Matthew, and their daughter Hope.
