With just over 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mike has quickly gained commercial real estate expertise in the Fraser Valley markets. Mike has deep roots in the community and has developed strong relationships with many occupiers and developers of real estate which has allowed him to execute on both leasing and sales transactions. Over the years, Mike has evolved his business to focus on both retail and office sales & leasing, development land and investment sales. Mikes has maintained focus on the Fraser Valley where he was born and raised. His focus has allowed him to stay informed with real-time market knowledge which has been invaluable to his clients. Mike is bilingual, speaking fluently in both English and Punjabi, which has been a key advantage in the negotiation process of several transactions. Mike is an active contributor within the Commercial Real Estate Community, currently involved with several organizations, including, (CCIM) Certified Commercial Investment Member, The Surrey Board of Trade, Commercial Division of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, and the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC), and the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB).
