Mike Flynn

With 27 years experience Mike has negotiated deals with and/or for everyone from private investors to the US Federal Government, The State of Georgia, multiple counties, municipalities and school boards, Lowes, Hilton, Habitat for Humanity International, Publix, and Ameris Bank. He is always looking for the solution to overcome obstacles and get to the closing table. Mike Flynn grew up in Albany, Georgia, and attended Georgia Southwestern State University, earning dual degrees in Marketing and Accounting. He received his Georgia real estate license in 1996 and maintains a successful career with Albany Realty Company. Mike has served as President of the Albany Board of Realtors as well as seven terms as a State Director with the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR). He is recently licensed to practice in the State of Alabama with Bickerstaff Parham. Mike and his wife, Mandy, have two children, Trey and Carter (Evans) James, two dogs Freddie and Belle, two grand dogs and are members of Saint Thomas Episcopal Church.
