Mike Ferguson

Mike Ferguson successfully owned and operated a service business in Memphis for over 27 years. This was his training for how important it is to give exceptional service to his clients. Since his change to Real Estate in 1998, he has brokered several large deals. For example, Mike represented Del-Nat Tire in purchasing a 150,000 square foot warehouse in Memphis, and later represented them in acquiring an additional 110,000 square feet for their facility. He brokered the 309 acres in Snowden Grove acquisition for Grove Partner and has represented them in leasing and listings. In 1999, he successfully assembled 473 acres known as Desoto Commons PUD in Horn Lake, Mississippi. One of his toughest accomplishments was successfully assembling 18 pieces of property in Southaven, Mississippi, owned by 14 different owners, to sell to Lowe''s Home Improvement Warehouse. In all, Mike has leased several thousand square feet of office and retail space and sold in excess of 50 million in real estate. Mike''s tenacious character is what makes him such a valuable asset to the clients he serves.
