Mike Eyer is a Vice President with CBRE''s Brokerage Services in Northern Colorado, specializing in industrial properties. Mike and his partners have more than 25 years combined commercial real estate experience, closing more than 600 transactions, totaling over $1.5 billion. With expertise in finance, analysis, deal structure and negotiation, Mike helps his clients make informed decisions during complex financial transactions, helping maximize their commercial real estate assets across portfolios. Prior to joining CBRE, Mike spent 12 years as an equity trader with Bank of America Securities in San Francisco. He also held the position of director with Bank of America Securities for an additional three years. His clients included some of the largest insurance companies, pension, mutual and hedge funds in the world, generating more than $15 million in annual revenue.
