Mike Edward

Prior to joining Perry CRE in 2016, Mike was Executive Vice President/ Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) where he was responsible for the company’s Real Estate Services operations and served as the market leader for the Boston area. Under Mike’s leadership, the office recruited over 20 leading professionals to expand NGKF’s presence in key submarkets and service lines. Previously, Mike was Senior Vice President Lincoln Property Company (LPC) from 2008-2010 where he headed the company’s Boston brokerage operation. Prior to his time at LPC, Mike was a Senior Vice President and Partner with Colliers Meredith & Grew for 14 years, where he focused on agency leasing, tenant representation and investment sales in the CBD and inner suburbs. Mike’s areas of specialization include Tenant Representation, Owner Representation, Strategic Planning and Team Leadership.
