Mike Cunningham

Mike joined Buyers Realty, Inc in 2003 and has eight years of experience in commercial real estate. Mike has had the benefit of being mentored by some of the top brokers in the commercial real estate field and that has provided him with great knowledge and insight into retail real estate. That knowledge and insight has led to representation of national, regional and local clients in Tenant and Landlord work. His experience has included doing deals across the Midwest with tenants that have included: DSW, ULTA, Nextel, Michaels, Jimmy Johns, Red Robin, O'Charley's and Aspen Dental. Mike's approach is gathering as much information as possible to help his clients make the best real estate decision. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from The University of Iowa. His professional affiliations include ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers); and CCIM candidate. Licensed in the States of Iowa, Nebraska and North Dakota
