Michael Ciadella is a Director on the South Florida-based Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Investment Sales team. In his role as Associate, Michael works with Scott O’Donnell, Dominic Montazemi, Miguel Alcivar and Greg Miller in the disposition of office, industrial and mixed-use assets across South Florida. Mike also works with Jason Hochman to secure financing for office, industrial and retail assets throughout Florida. Mike joined the Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Investment Sales team in early 2017 as an analyst, and most recently served as a Senior Analyst. In his role as Senior Analyst, Mike underwrote and assisted in the disposition and debt placements of over $1.5B throughout South Florida. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mike worked for six years as a Senior Sales Manager at comScore, Inc. in New York City. He earned his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
