Mike Carpenter

Mr. Michael Carpenter manages a portfolio of Stiles properties and third-party owned properties specializing in retail sales and leasing. Mr. Carpenter's career in commercial real estate began in 2007 at Cohen Commercial Realty where he was responsible for over 17 projects including shopping centers, commercial buildings, and land totaling over 1,500,000 square feet. During tenure at Cohen Commercial Realty, Mr. Carpenter served as a Senior Leasing Agent where he closed more than $20,000,000 in sales and lease transactions on behalf of landlords in South Florida. As a retail associate at Stiles, Mr. Carpenter is currently handling a lease and sale portfolio of over 1,000,000 square feet. In 2012 and 2013 he closed over $20,000,000 in sales and lease transactions and was recognized with a CoStar Power Broker Award for both years. Mr. Carpenter is a graduate of Florida State University's College of Business with dual majors in Real Estate and Hospitality. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
