Mike Canori

Michael is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Affordable Housing. Michael specializes in the valuation and disposition of Section 42, Section 8, and mixed income multifamily assets throughout the United States where he has participated in the disposition of $6.8 billion in real estate value. Prior to becoming an Advisor with CBRE Affordable Housing, Michael completed valuations in excess of $750 million. Michael has experience in all facets of affordable housing including federal and state regulatory agencies, HUD, financial analysis, and various lenders across the country. Prior to this role, Michael was an Associate for KPMG’s Consulting practice, where he specialized in the Financial Services industry.
