Mike Brandon

Mike specializes in national and local tenant representation, site selection and strategic portfolio management in the industrial sector. Mike was previously Vice President, Market Officer in Tennessee for Prologis, the world’s largest industrial owner. In this role, Mike had development, leasing, and management responsibility for the Memphis and Nashville markets, including assets totaling over 12 million square feet. Mike also served in this same role for Prologis in the company’s North and South Carolina markets. Mike also worked in strategy and commercial development for The St. Joe Company, the largest private landowner in the State of Florida and for HCP, Inc., the largest publicly traded healthcare REIT.Mike has a MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a BS degree in business from Auburn University.
