Micky Cicchinelli
Micky leads the daily operations of a high-performance team, focusing on transparency, accountability, and client-driven results. With experience across all asset types—office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily—he drives strategy and execution in operations, leasing, construction, and asset optimization. He began his career in REO management, gaining hands-on asset stabilization and repositioning expertise. Today, he works with institutional investors, capital groups, and international owners to unlock long-term value in Chicagoland real estate. Micky is a licensed Managing Broker in Illinois, and before SVN, held leadership roles at Kinzie Real Estate Group and Marc Realty. He is a Miami University (Ohio) graduate and a lifelong Chicagoan.
