Michelle Weeks

Michelle specializes in Industrial Landlord and Tenant representation. Prior to joining the Jones Lang LaSalle industrial group, Michelle worked in the office agency leasing team, with a focus on downtown Seattle and surrounding submarkets. Michelle has an innate understanding of her client’s needs, with over a decade of experience working in-house for landlords. Michelle seized the opportunity during Covid to complete her Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington. This experience further established her practice and gives her a more comprehensive understanding of projects through the lenses of development, acquisitions, asset management, and leasing. Prior to her time at JLL, Michelle spent eight years at Kilroy Realty Corporation, a publicly-traded REIT, where she was involved in the leasing of 2.6 million square feet of their existing assets and development projects, including the lease-up of 333 Dexter, a 600,00+ square foot speculative project which was 100% leased to a large tech user.
