Michelle Caldwell Thompson is the Principal Real Estate Broker and owner of CTI REAL ESTATE, a firm she founded in 2004 as an independent property management and real estate services company. Under Michelle’s leadership, the firm has grown into one of the region's most successful real estate agencies, managing a team of over fifty dedicated professionals. CTI REAL ESTATE has handled 1000s of real estate transactions, encompassing residential, commercial, and investment properties. As a seasoned multi-million dollar producer, Michelle consistently ranks among the top agents in the area. Before establishing CTI REAL ESTATE, Michelle enjoyed a successful career in commercial real estate as a Regional Sales Manager for a large property management firm. Her expertise in both commercial and residential real estate has positioned her as a respected industry leader, known for her ability to close complex transactions and achieve exceptional results for her clients. Michelle is a multi-million dollar-producing sales and listing agent with millions in annual sales volume. She is also a State-Licensed Real Estate Instructor and an accomplished REO, Trust, Divorce Sales Manager, and Real Estate Default Services Facilitator. Her diverse real estate experience spans high-end residential properties, commercial deals, and complex investment transactions, and she is highly regarded for her problem-solving abilities and commitment to her clients. Michelle and her husband, Troy Thompson, have been married since the early 1990s and have three children and several grandchildren.
