
As Vice President of Marketing and Revenue Strategy, I lead the strategic vision and execution of all marketing initiatives across our national portfolio of multifamily communities. My role centers on driving occupancy, elevating brand presence, and supporting overall revenue growth through targeted, data-driven marketing strategies. I oversee a dynamic team responsible for digital marketing, branding, resident engagement, and lead generation. Together, we develop and implement innovative campaigns that attract and retain residents while strengthening the visibility of both our corporate brand and individual communities. Key areas of focus include: Brand Strategy & Management: Maintaining a cohesive and impactful brand identity across all platforms and properties. Digital Marketing Leadership: Overseeing SEO, PPC, ILS performance, reputation management, and social media to maximize exposure and lead volume. Technology Integration: Ensuring seamless alignment between our marketing platforms and property management systems like Yardi to enhance reporting and conversion tracking. Team & Vendor Oversight: Leading internal teams and external partners to execute regional and community-level campaigns. Budgeting & ROI Analysis: Managing national and local marketing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and making data-informed decisions to optimize spend. I work closely with our executive leadership and on-site teams to align marketing initiatives with leasing, operational, and financial objectives—ultimately ensuring that our communities remain competitive, desirable, and fully leased.
