Michelle Schierberl serves as a senior vice president within Kidder Mathew’s Irvine office. She is a member of the retail investment group where she specializes in the sale of retail shopping centers predominately within the Southern California market. Michelle has worked through various cycles of the real estate industry which has provided her insight on how to navigate and advise her clients. Michelle’s clientele ranges from private clients to institutional owners, many of whom are repeat clients. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Michelle was at Stream, Colliers International, JLL, and Grubb & Ellis Company. She is a seasoned professional and comes to Kidder Mathews with over 25 years of retail and land development projects and approximately three billion in transactions.
