Michelle Ivill
Michelle L Ivill, CPA, started her professional career as an auditor with Ernst & Young in her hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she earned her CPA. After serving clients in the manufacturing, retail, entertainment, real estate, education, and banking sectors, Michelle departed EY as a Manager and moved to a leadership role within her family's businesses. As Executive Vice President, Michelle oversaw the multi-million dollar operations of construction, real estate, commercial cleaning, and event hospitality businesses. Michelle was involved in every aspect of the diverse companies - sales, marketing, estimating, accounting, project management, financing, legal, and human relations. After learning about the industries and markets, Michelle focused on redesigning processes and procedures to make the businesses more efficient and the employees more empowered. Michelle's career has always included concurrently managing multi-disciplinary service lines across various industries. Whether at international firms or family businesses, Michelle has used her leadership skills to communicate the vision and goals of the organization and channel the energies of her teams.
