President and CEO of Avenue 31, with over 25 years of leadership experience in the real estate development industry. Michel launched Simplicity Developments in 2004, where he created and led a multitude of projects, including residential subdivisions, land assemblies, mixed-use transit-oriented developments, community retail plazas, infill residential, industrial buildings, industrial and business parks, and public-private partnerships. A natural progression of SimpliCity Developments was to start Avenue 31 to focus on the development of land.
