Co Founder Developer and Manager of Upper Buena Vista Ms. Michal Aviv obtained her Bachelor’ degree in Business Studies from the University of London. Upon completion of her degree, she served as the Business Analyst for Dun and Bradstreet in Tel Aviv, Israel. While at Dun and Bradstreet, she attended the University of Tel Aviv, where she obtained her master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Ms. Michal Aviv founded and co-owned Picasso Hospitality Group in Tel Aviv, Israel. Ms. Michal Aviv obtained her real estate license from Florida Gold Coast University which she privately uses to access MLS databases to search for potential real estate properties as an investor. Ms. Aviv invested in the US Miami Market since 2010 in multiple Real Estate properties. Ms. Aviv Brings Open air experimental micro-retail projects to south florida – from new york to london and beyond, small is emerging as the next big trend. The micromovement envisioned by Ms. Aviv embraces changing consumer preference; away from over-commercialized zones and standardized districts and towards an organic & human experience. Her projects include renovations for residential, hospitality and commercial buildings, zoning transformations and more. Ms. Michal Aviv has led over 20 Real Estate Development projects through her career.
