Michael Zobrist

Michael Zobrist is a Principal at Lee & Associates specializing in shopping center leasing and sales, retail development, and landlord representation throughout the Las Vegas Valley. With more than two decades of experience and an extensive network of national retail and investment relationships cultivated as an active ICSC member, he has been involved in over 1,000 sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $915 million. A Las Vegas native and multi-year CoStar Power Broker — most recently recognized in 2025 — Zobrist has led leasing on several of the region's most prominent retail assignments, including grocery-anchored and big-box-anchored centers across the valley, consistently positioning shopping centers for stabilized occupancy and long-term value. He offers strategic, ground-level insight into the Southern Nevada commercial real estate market and provides the candid assessments that help his landlord clients maximize the value of their assets. After beginning his career at CBRE and spending 19 years at Newmark, Zobrist joined Lee & Associates in 2026 to provide strategic real estate consulting services to national and local owners and users, including regional family businesses, entrepreneurs and notable national credit tenants.
