Michael Yuras is Vice Chairman of Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield and a managing partner of the Yuras | Aicale | Forsyth | Crowle Leased Investment Team. He specializes in representing developers, tenants, private equity firms, and REITs in the disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant leased retail assets across the United States. Over the course of his career, Michael has completed the sale of more than 2,040 properties, with an aggregate value exceeding $8.8 billion. Consistently recognized as a top producer at Cushman & Wakefield, Michael is known for delivering market-leading pricing and execution for his clients. His approach is grounded in strategic insight, a deep understanding of retail real estate, and a commitment to maximizing value within defined timelines. Before entering brokerage, Michael worked as a project engineer on major construction projects in Los Angeles, including the UCLA Replacement Hospital and the Toyota Western Headquarters. He draws on his engineering and construction background—as well as over 20 years of real estate experience—to help clients evaluate and underwrite development opportunities. Michael earned a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He lives with his wife and two daughters and enjoys fly fishing, hunting, cooking, skiing, and spending time outdoors with his family.
