Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Michael spent two years as a recruitment consultant, where he managed the full recruitment lifecycle. This included client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and placements. His role focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering tailored staffing solutions, and consulting services, particularly for company executives and HR directors seeking top talent. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an Honours Specialization in Urban Development from Western University.
