Michael Winn
Michael Winn is an Associate Broker and managing VP of the Long & Foster Rockville Centre office. He has been in the real estate industry for thirty years achieving success as a Top 1% Sales Associate and Branch Manager of the #1 most productive office in Long & Foster's 285 Office System. He owned his own real estate company and has been involved in real estate development and investing. Michael has spent the last thirty years building a successful practice in Montgomery County, Maryland serving his community, clients, and real estate team. Michael also serves as a real estate consultant and advisor to local churches and businesses advising in land, commercial, and residential real estate decisions. Michael holds a BS degree in Economics Management with a minor in PreMed from Ohio Wesleyan University. He has an Associate Brokers licensed in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. He has his GRI, CDPE and Senior Housing specialist designations. His professional memberships include the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, The Maryland Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. He currently lives in Damascus, Maryland with his wife and four children.
