Michael Wagner

Michael D. Wagner, CCIM, became President of U. S. Commercial Realty in 2012. Wagner holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration: Marketing, from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. He received the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in November, 2003. During 18 years as a Realtor, Wagner has personally completed or participated in more than $250 million in residential, commercial and investment real estate sales. Wagner has negotiated sales and leases for single-family homes, farms, apartment complexes, free standing retail property, office buildings and unimproved commercial and residential land for development. He is currently concluding a transaction for a shopping center and apartment land development in excess of $15 million.
